My son gets overwhelmed by clippers and busy salons. Has anyone found a place that offers quiet appointments or lets kids sit somewhere other than the big chair?

We go first thing on weekday mornings and call ahead. Our stylist uses scissors only and lets him hold a tablet. Made a huge difference.
